The Glamorous Travelodge

IAndrew and I love staying in hotels, especially ones that are cheap and offer free breakfast, but this sometimes puts us into a pickle and we end up staying at a really dodgy hotel for the night.

And, that's exactly what happened when we stopped at the Traveodge in Laramie, WY. 

The door wasn't shut properly when we checked into the hotel room, scary right? 

And then once we got into the hotel room, the door frame was super sketchy and looked like someone could walk by and easily push the door open.

Not to mention all the broken appliance that were in the room.

So we made a few improvements to the room to help us feel a little safer while we slept.

We pushed the suitcase against the other door so we'd hear if anyone tried to get in. 

Luckily, we survived the night and we're able to change our hotel for the way back. The Travelodge might have just trumped our experience at the Red Roof Inn in Canton, OH.
