Rexburg, Idaho-Laramie, Wyoming

Let the road trip begin! This year Andrew got two weeks paid vacation so we thought it would be nice to visit some family in Ohio and Georgia.

We packed lots of goodies, toys and maybe a too much clothes (I never know what I'll be in the mood to wear), and then we were on our way.

Driving from Idaho to Ohio is 28 hours, and that is if the traffic on the highway isn't too heavy. Since I'm around 7 months pregnant and we have a darling little 1 and 1/2 year old we decided it would be best to break up our driving over a few days, and we really wanted to ale advantage of the sites we'd pass on our trip and spend a day in Chicago.

We had a lovely view of the Tetons as we were driving through Idaho.

Rebekah spent most of the drive cuddling with baby doll, reading her books and watching Despicable Me.

Look at that cutie pie! I don't know how she managed to sleep for so long in her car seat, but I'm grateful she did. It made the trip go by so much quicker.

We probably saw about 10 different trains as we were driving through Idaho and Wyoming, and they were all super long!
